Buildings & Energy Ltd. can supply Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s) and Advisory Reports for public buildings.
We have wide experience in supplying DEC’s to Public Authorities, Charitable Trusts and have analyzed buildings as diverse as council offices through universities to museums.
We work closely with clients to help define a blueprint for carbon reduction over the life of the advisory report that is valid to their needs and capabilities.
As part of our initial work we will provide you with a DEC and an Advisory Report (AR). The AR is valid for 7 years whilst the DEC is valid for 12 months. As part of our inclusive service we will issue you with a reminder for the renewal of your DEC and offer a low cost certificate renewal service.
